Tulle Skirt + Wind

 My sisters seems to have all the luck at Target. A couple of years back Target had some lovely skirts kinda like the one I'm wearing. My sister, of course, bought the skirt and I borrowed it a couple of times.

The library where I work at has an unofficial motto of tulle and twinkle lights for decorating. I fit right in at work sans twinkle lights.
