OTI: Grace's Inspiration

This is the outfit inspiration.

Have you ever seen someone wearing something and wanted to outright copy them?  I have done that more than once, but here I wanted/needed to not copycat Reese Whitherspoon. I had no idea how to  pull inspiration from this photo. I finally settled on the blue color. I also decided to chop a couple of inches off my hair which has nothing to with the inspiration photo.
