Now who doesn't like frizzy hair?  I can't seem to find any frizz free products that work. I have wanted to buy this skirt for over a year.  I know clothing labels aren't required to label the quality or grade of cotton, but this skirt is thick cotton and quality stitching. I am still getting used to how high-waisted the skirt is because I'm a stick i.e. tiny. After all these years, I still remember friends calling me a stick.  I don't think I would have needed a corset back in the 1800s ( though, they would have put me in one anyways).
